Drawing on two decades of field experience, along with her clinical training as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Krystal collaborates closely with therapists, counselors, and support staff to design and implement evidence-based interventions, ensuring every child receives individualized care that respects their unique story, strengths, and needs.
A key part of this role is helping staff grow more skilled and confident in supporting children. Through hands-on coaching, targeted training, and ongoing supervision, Krystal develops strong, knowledgeable teams prepared to respond with empathy, consistency, and professionalism. As she advances toward her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) credential, she continually deepens her expertise in behavior-analytic best practices.
